FIT Circuit
(Functional Interval Training)
This class combines strength training with cardio intervals to deliver a full-body workout. You’ll engage in functional movements using free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, all performed in short, high-energy intervals. The goal is to enhance your strength, boost endurance, and improve mobility. Each session is adaptable to all fitness levels, making it ideal for beginners and seasoned athletes alike who want an effective, challenging, yet approachable workout.
Yoga
Join us for one of our five weekly yoga sessions, each thoughtfully designed to support your journey toward balance, strength, and inner peace. Whether you’re seeking a gentle flow or a more challenging workout, our classes offer something for everyone:
Gentle Yoga Flow & Sound Bath – Unwind with a calming yoga flow, complemented by a soothing sound bath to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.
Power Vinyasa Flow – Challenge yourself with this dynamic, fast-paced sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Yoga Strength Fusion – Enhance your yoga practice with light weights and grounded land flow sequences, combining strength-building movements with traditional yoga to tone muscles and boost overall body resilience.
Spin + Strength
This class is the best of both worlds mixing cardio and strength moves for a total body workout that will burn maximum calories. HITT, Tabata and Hills on the bike followed by strength and core moves off the bike.
W.O.W (Women on Weights)
Super-set your way to a stronger, more confident you! Women on Weights is a strength-focused class designed specifically for women, helping you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and increase overall strength. Using free weights, machines, and resistance bands, this class targets all major muscle groups with an emphasis on functional fitness. Along the way, you'll not only sculpt your body but also build supportive relationships with other women in a motivating, empowering environment.
Intro to Strength
This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who feels uneasy at the gym. We’ll use machines, bands, and free weights to build strength, burn fat, and have fun in a supportive environment. By the end of the class, you'll feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable using gym equipment, all while enjoying the camaraderie of a group workout.
Youth Strength & Conditioning
This class is designed to build strength, speed, and coordination for kids and teens aged 10-18. Through fun, dynamic exercises that focus on agility drills, bodyweight movements, and strength training, participants will enhance their overall athleticism, whether they are looking to improve performance in sports or just stay active and fit. Classes include a mix of cardio, resistance training, plyometrics, and flexibility work to ensure well-rounded development.
Advanced FIT Circuit
Join our newest trainer Max in this dynamic Calisthenics Circuit Training class. This full-body workout is designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility using just your body weight, with a special focus on exercises that incorporate rings for an added element of instability and core engagement.
