Spin + Strength
Get the best of both worlds in this fun, fast-paced 60-minute class that combines high-energy cardio on the bike with strength and core exercises off the bike. You'll kick things off with HIIT, Tabata, and hill climbs on the bike to challenge your endurance and burn maximum calories. Then, step off the bike for strength and core moves that target key muscle groups, building strength and stability.
